What is a soft pull

A soft pull is a lightweight credit history check that does NOT affect your credit score and does NOT appear as a visible inquiry to other lenders. It is typically used for pre-qualification: estimating what financing you could qualify for before formally applying.

Scope of this authorization

By activating this authorization, you give permission to Elite AI Broker LLC and its dealer partners (Braman Honda, Lipton Toyota, and any other dealer matched to your request) to perform a soft pull of your credit history for the following exclusive purposes:

  • Estimate the APR range and financing terms you might qualify for.
  • Share a summarized profile (score band, not personal data) with participating dealers so they can generate accurate offers.
  • Tailor inventory recommendations to a realistic monthly payment range for you.

This authorization does NOT commit you to buy anything and does NOT authorize any dealer to process a formal application without additional consent.

Hard pull (hard inquiry)

A hard pull does affect your credit score (typically 5-10 points) and is recorded as a visible inquiry. A hard pull requires a separate, explicit consent that you will sign directly with the dealer at the time of processing your actual financing application — it is not part of this authorization.

How to revoke

You may revoke this authorization at any time, without penalty:

Revocation is effective immediately. We cannot withdraw inquiries already performed (they are already on your file), but no new inquiry will be made from the moment of revocation onward.

Expiration

This authorization automatically expires 18 months after the date you granted it, if there is no account activity during that period. Expiration = same effect as revocation: no dealer can run a new inquiry without a renewed consent.
