Summary

Elite AI Broker uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude models) to conduct conversations, qualify leads, coordinate negotiations, and generate operational summaries. This page explains how it works, its limitations, and how you can request to speak with a human at any time.

Who is Lia (and the other bots)

Elite operates with three AI assistants, each with a specific role:

  • Lia - conversational assistant for end customers. Lia greets you on WhatsApp, SMS, and AI voice. She helps you qualify your need, qualifies your credit tier (with your explicit consent), and accompanies you during the search process.
  • Mia - internal coordination assistant. Mia works with Elite human brokers to pre-arm proposals to dealers. Mia never interacts directly with customers or with dealers - it is an internal team tool.
  • Sofia - administrative assistant for Jose Graveran (founder). Sofia generates daily briefings, identifies anomalies in the system, and executes administrative directives. Sofia also does not interact with end customers.

All three run on Anthropic Claude models. Lia is the only one you have direct contact with as a customer.

How it works

When you interact with Lia:

  • Your message (text or voice transcription) is processed via the Anthropic Claude API.
  • Lia has context of your deal, conversational history, active consent, and company policies.
  • Lia generates a response and, depending on the case, executes actions (schedule appointment, register your interest in a vehicle, escalate to a human broker).
  • Each decision Lia makes is logged in internal reasoning logs for audit (lia.reasoning_log).

Important about identification: Lia does not proactively identify herself as AI in every message. But if you ask directly "are you a robot?" / "are you AI?" / "are you a real person?", Lia responds with full honesty. This rule is absolutely blocked in the system (sub-RED rule "lie_about_being_ai").

Limitations

Lia is an AI assistant with broad but not infallible capabilities:

  • She can make errors in quotes, dates, or recommendations. We always validate with a human before closing a deal.
  • She can misinterpret ambiguous or sarcastic messages.
  • She does not have perfect memory across long sessions - she relies on structured logs, not infinite conversational recall.
  • She cannot make legal decisions for you. If you have doubts about contractual obligations, we recommend consulting a lawyer.

If at any point you detect that Lia is providing incorrect information, say so. We will fix the issue and review the internal logs.

Human review for major decisions

The following decisions require human review and never remain at the sole discretion of the AI:

  • Final acceptance of the dealer offer and signing of the contract (you sign, the dealer issues).
  • Final negotiation with each dealer (always via licensed human broker).
  • Handling of disputes or formal complaints.
  • Changes to privacy policies, terms, or consent.
  • Complex financial decisions (rebillings, partial refunds, etc.).

For all other operational interactions (reminders, follow-ups, schedule coordination, basic information capture), the AI operates automatically with periodic human supervision.

How to request a human

At any moment in the conversation with Lia, you can request to speak with a human. Some natural ways:

  • "I want to talk to a real person."
  • "Pass me to Tony" (human broker).
  • "I need to talk to Jose" (founder).
  • "I do not want to keep talking to AI."

Lia understands any of these phrases (and many more variants) and automatically triggers the handoff to an available human. No friction, no negotiation, no unnecessary delay.

Data use for AI improvement

  • Conversations with you are used internally to evaluate the quality of Lia's responses, adjust prompts, and identify error patterns.
  • Your data is NOT used to train external models (neither from Anthropic nor any other provider). The use is exclusively internal to Elite to improve our own operational system.
  • If you request deletion of your data (see Privacy Policy), the transcripts of your conversations are also anonymized or deleted, subject to legal retention obligations.
