Elite AI Broker SMS program

This page describes the Elite AI Broker SMS Program, its terms, message frequency, costs, and how you can cancel. This program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and FCC updates effective in 2025-2026 regarding AI-generated calls and messages.

When you complete a form at eliteaibroker.com (or subdomains), you will find a separate, optional checkbox for SMS. This checkbox:

  • Is unchecked by default.
  • Is optional - you can complete any action on the site without checking it.
  • Its text literally reads: "Optional - I consent to receive SMS messages. Consent is NOT required to complete this action."

By voluntarily checking it, you provide express written consent to receive automated and AI-generated text messages from Elite AI Broker at the phone number you provide.

Required consent text (quoted for reference):

"By providing your phone number and checking the SMS box, you agree to receive automated and AI-generated text messages from Elite AI Broker about your vehicle deal, dealer offers, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase."

Message types

Messages you may receive as part of the program include:

  • Updates on the status of your deal (offers received from dealers, price changes, etc.).
  • Reminders for confirmed appointments with dealers.
  • Follow-ups during the 72-hour signing window.
  • Soft-pull credit confirmations and results (range/tier).
  • Requests for additional information needed to advance the deal.

You will not receive spam, offers of unrelated products, or resale of your number to third parties.

Frequency and charges

  • Frequency: variable. Typically between 2 and 10 messages per month during an active search process, and fewer than 2 per month during periods of inactivity.
  • Charges: Msg and data rates may apply. Elite does not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier may apply standard SMS and data rates according to your plan.

How to cancel (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS program at any time using any of the following methods:

Automatic keywords (case insensitive):

  • In English: STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, REVOKE
  • In Spanish: PARAR, CANCELAR, DETENER, BORRAR

When you send any of these words in reply to an Elite SMS message, the system processes your opt-out automatically and we respond with a confirmation. After that confirmation, you will not receive any further messages at that number.

Other methods:

  • Email info@eliteaibroker.com requesting opt-out.
  • Call +1-786-981-9157 requesting opt-out.
  • Any other reasonable method - we will process it.

Opt-out response time: within 10 business days per FCC 2025 regulations.

Help (HELP)

To get assistance with the SMS program, you can:

  • Reply HELP (or AYUDA) to any Elite message. We will respond with a summary of the terms and how to contact us.
  • Email info@eliteaibroker.com.
  • Call +1-786-981-9157.

AI voice calls

In addition to the SMS program, Elite offers voice interaction via AI assistants (Lia, Mia, Sofia). AI voice calls require a separate consent from SMS consent, per FCC 2025 regulations.

If you provide consent for AI voice calls:

  • The calls are clearly identified at the start as originating from Elite AI Broker.
  • If at any time you ask whether you are speaking with an AI, the system responds with full honesty - we never claim to be human when asked.
  • You can request handoff to a human at any time simply by saying so.

Sample message

Elite AI Broker: Hi Marcos, your Civic 2024 deal is being negotiated with 3 dealers. I will notify you when I have the first offer. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg freq varies. Msg and data rates may apply.
