Elite Marketplace Terms

Version mercado-terminos-v1 · 2026-09-02. These terms govern the Elite Marketplace (program and request pages). Elite's broker service has its own terms.

What the Marketplace is

The Marketplace connects people looking for a vehicle ("customers") with independent car salespeople and brokers ("sellers"). Elite does not sell vehicles, does not extend credit, and is not a party to any sale. Each listing belongs to the seller who signs it, not to Elite.

For customers

  • Posting your information is free. We never ask you for a card or deposit.
  • By submitting your contact you agree that we share your name and phone number with the seller(s) who pay to contact you, and that they may reach you by call, text, or WhatsApp. You can opt out from your account or by replying STOP.
  • All published payment figures are estimates, subject to credit approval by the seller's lender. Elite guarantees no price, payment, or approval.
  • We do not pull your credit. Self-reported data is used only for estimates.

For sellers

  • You pay for each customer contact you receive, at the price shown before every charge. Charges draw from your prepaid balance; your card is only used to recharge that balance.
  • Lead fees are non-refundable when the customer chose another seller, bought elsewhere, or the sale did not close. We do refund, as balance credit, leads with invalid phones, exact duplicates, or verified fraud.
  • A failed charge pauses your account until you fix your payment method.
  • You are responsible for your listings complying with applicable law, including credit-advertising rules (Regulation Z / TILA) and Florida vehicle-advertising rules, and for operating under a licensed dealer where required. Elite may remove listings and suspend accounts.

Disputes and liability

Charge disputes are reviewed case by case from your panel. The Marketplace is provided "as is"; Elite's total liability to a seller is capped at that seller's payments over the prior 90 days. Governing law: Florida, USA.
